Robert Plumb employs a team of skilled builders and carpenters, many who started their careers with the company as apprentices and have learnt the skills of the trade from highly experienced team members. The company takes on at least one new apprentice every year and mentors them through a four-year program. In the first year the apprentices are trained on tools and get to work in the company’s furniture workshop learning carpentry and joinery skills. Once they master the basics, they move to an onsite environment working under the supervision of the company’s highly experienced foremen. Most importantly Robert Plumb Project is a great place to work and staff are treated with respect, making Robert Plumb an employer of choice in the industry with high staff retention.
We are always on the lookout for talented and motivated employees across all areas of our business. If you would like to become a member of our team please send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
